MERC has released new Electricity tariff Order for FY 2025-26 for the consumers in the state of Maharashtra on 28th March, 2025, however, the same has been put on hold on 2nd April, 2025 on the request of MSEDCL due to some errors in the order which might result in irreversible harm to consumer and stakeholders involved. Till that time existing tariff shall continue.
